Fitness

We have something for everyone at The Bulldogs. For those of you who are already quite want to take your fitness to the next level, our higher intensity classes are for you. We can train you like a fighter without the fight. Train like a boxer without being hit back!!

Those who are less fit can access our Not so Fit classes or attend on a One2One basis. We place a high importance on social fitness as well as body fitness. Our members love to have a coffee after a session. Make new friends and get fit!!
