The Bulldogs – Together we are Stronger
Two organsiations working as one – to secure funding to create real change in communities.
The Welsh Government has invested £431,000 into The Bulldogs through their Communities Activities Programme by providing the funding to build our purpose built Boxing & Community Development Centre.
NPTCBC Armed Forces Covenant
Through a Multi Agency Partnership The Bulldogs secured £70,000 to develop Phase Two of The Bulldogs facility. We work alongside SSAFA to support Armed Forces Veterans to help them settle into civilian lifestyles. They have also funded our Outdoor Gym and Childrens play area.
Big Lottery People and Places is a significant funder of staff and running costs to deliver The Bulldogs 5 Pillar programme
BBC Children in Need
Children in Need funding has enabled The Bulldogs to extend it’s activities to work with Looked After Children within The Bulldogs Laces group. This is a critical element showing we are far more than a Boxing Club
Henry Smith Foundation
Funding a the 5 Pillar Coordinator Role to match fund Big Lottery to deliver extensive activities focussed around a Platform of Change.
The Tudor Trust was our first funder when we registered the Charity and have continued to fund us to deliver The 5 Pillar programme. They have been what The Bulldogs has been built upon, without The Tudor Trust we would not have got off the ground initially.
Garfield Weston Foundation
Funding towards our Bulldogs Laces group working with Looked After Children from within Neath Port Talbot
